Corporate Customer Service Representative

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and confident individual to join the International Payments team in the capacity of Corporate Customer Service Representative.

The Corporate Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service to Corporate International Payments clients. You will ensure all relevant documentation is received from, and that these are recorded in line with compliance procedures. You will assist and resolve all client queries promptly and within agreed SLA’s, and will keep on top of client’s transactions, ensuring payment queries are investigated with the bank and back office.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced working environment, and be able to deliver outstanding customer service. They will possess a positive can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn the operational aspect of Corporate FX and International Payments.
