In this role, you will ensure our private clients receive exceptional service for all queries relating to their account and transactions. You will be our customers’ first point of contact, providing expert service for all queries relating to their account and their transactions. You will ensure queries are resolved efficiently and that customers have a positive experience in all interaction with us becoming advocates of moneycorp.
We strive for excellence in all business areas, and particularly in your role as Customer Service Representative you will play a key part in building our reputation in regards to the delivery and response of all customer queries. We are looking for an individual who has excellent service standards and is able to communicate effectively and consistently to both internal and external customers. One of your top priorities will be increasing brand loyalty through meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
