IT Service Desk Analyst
We have a great opportunity for a self-driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the IT Services Team in the capacity of IT Service Desk Analyst.
You will be responsible for providing day to day IT support across all areas of the business, acting as an escalation point for members of the team. You will be responsible for all incoming contacts to the Service Desk including email, phone and ticket system portal. You will manage service desk incidents and requests and will set up, deploy and install computer equipment across group sites production of documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and will go above and beyond to ensure quality service is provided. You will possess solid IT skills and have technical troubleshooting skills to allow you to easily work through problems to speed up resolution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be hands-on, have the chance to learn a variety of technical solutions and applications across the IT estate, and travel to support national and international office expansions/upgrades. You will make a tangible difference by continually improving IT service within the business and driving change.
