We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator - Retail to join our HR Team to support the Retail business unit. This is a multi-site role wearing many hats and delivering on a number of priorities in a fast paced environment. You need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, focus on delivery and aim to exceed expectations on every task you undertake. This role is critical to managing all employee relation cases, to be able to showcase your understanding of current Employment Law and apply best.
We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and can support new situations with confidence and ease. The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate influencing, persuading and negotiation skills, make commercial decisions and to be able to support key projects.
This role will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work in collaboration with other team members including Payroll and Head of Retail.
