We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Customer Services Officer to join our CFX Madrid team in Spain.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent service standards and is able to communicate effectively and consistently to both internal and external customers. This is a new role and you will play a key part in building our reputation as one of your top priorities will be increasing brand loyalty through meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
A key requirement for the role will be to bring Operations, Back and Middle Office experience to CFX Madrid in order to handle the customer service, operational and administrative tasks that CFX Madrid demands. You will consistently look at means of improving our processes and tools in order to enhance our customers’ experience. You will be required to take personal ownership for handling all customer queries efficiently and in line with company policies and procedures whilst complying to agreed SLA’s and to the satisfaction of the customer.
