We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic individual who strives to deliver excellent customer service, to join our Reception team, representing moneycorp, greeting all our clients and external visitors with a friendly yet professional demeanour. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate ability working in a fast pace, ever changing environment, with the initiative and capability to work independently and alongside the team. You will act as an ambassador for moneycorp so excellent communication skills are paramount in this role as you will be the front face for all visitors and first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries. You will support the larger Reception team with daily task including but not limited to setting up office spaces for internal and external functions, managing deliveries including booking and signing for international and domestic couriers, reporting maintenance issues within the company’s agreed maintenance provider by following up until resolved.
This role will report to our Head Receptionist and you will work in collaboration with other team members and colleagues throughout moneycorp.
