What is the recruitment process like?
I have found a vacancy which I feel I am suitable for, what do I do?
If I apply online what happens to my application?
Your application will be received by the HR Team who will then liaise with the hiring manager.
Will I be asked to do any assessments or ability tests?
You may be required to complete these as part of the recruitment process if they are relevant to the role you have applied for.
What is the current pre-employment screening process?
- Up to 5 years employment reference

- FCA fit and proper test for FCA approved roles

What right to work will I need to provide?
You will need to provide proof of your eligibility to work in the country you will be based in. This is usually in the form of a passport and/or an identity card as well as any visa or work permit required.
Will I have an induction?
You will be given an induction which will be held either in your place of work or one of our other offices; this will be conducted by a member of the HR Team and/or your management team
What training will I receive?
We offer a range of programmes with the aim of helping you to be effective in your role, successfully manage your team, and develop professionally.
What will my working hours be?
Your working hours will be dependent on the area of the business you are employed in; specific details will be included in the job advert and/or job description.
Will there be a probation period?
All new starters have a probation period of 3 or 6 months depending on the role. The probation period allows both the manager and employee to objectively assess whether a new employee is suitable for the role, taking into account overall capability and conduct.
How will my performance be measured?
Your performance will be measured based on Key Performance Indicators and objectives set by your manager which are relevant to your role. All new starters have a probation period of 3 or 6 months depending on the role. Once the probation period has been successfully completed your manager will set you objectives in line with the Company’s Appraisal process, and you will have a 6 month and 12 month review each year.
